How do I connect my Facebook Pages?
Create a workspace with a username and password, then add a Facebook user token in Connections. The in-app guide walks you through Meta’s Graph API Explorer, permissions, and token extension. You’ll need the appropriate Page access and Meta app permissions.
Does AI make the final decision?
AI helps classify comments and identify potentially harmful content. You can review comments, choose what to hide, and restore hidden comments. Automated actions depend on your moderation configuration; AI can make mistakes.
Will I need to replace my Facebook token?
Sometimes. The server schedules best-effort token refresh, but Meta can revoke access or require a new token after security, permission, or data-access changes. Connections explains how to reconnect.
